SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
RDP Verse may accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability or other legitimate circumstances.
Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, or if we need to cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with the order. Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Purchases, returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed and confirmed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, customs duties or import charges may not be included in the displayed product price.
RDP Verse currently offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
If optional expedited or alternative shipping services are available, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Promotional offers may have specific eligibility requirements, conditions and expiry dates. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms applicable to that promotion will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information.
You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and agree to pay the total amount displayed and confirmed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or optional charges disclosed before payment.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and shipping provider. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RDP Verse currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
RDP Verse is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our store.
Purchases made through RDP Verse are transactions between you and RDP Verse, not between you and Shopify.
Shopify may process information in connection with providing its platform and related services, as further described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable policies displayed on the website, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
